This beautiful 2000 Sqft bright open space is located in the prime area of Holladay/Cottonwood Heights, right by the highway and boasts natural light throughout the day which provides the ideal background for all your creative needs. The Space is perfect for: 📸 photoshoots 🧘♀️ yoga classes 📝 workshops 🎥 video productions 🎶 music classes 🎤 business luncheon 🪘sound bath sessions 🛍️ pop-ups 📚 trainings Intimate gatherings such as: 🤰🏻 baby showers 🎉 adult birthday parties 💍 engagement parties 👰🏻♀️ elopement or intimate weddings For up to 30-50 people. We are slowly transitioning from children’s birthday parties but will take into consideration every now and then so please reach out if you have something we should look at. Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
