The Studio 124 has free street parking, if the street parking is filled up the complex has a parking garage in the back of the building. First floor of the parking garage is free guest parking.

-Our studio features expansive 7ft by 6ft windows fitted with diffusion, allowing for beautifully soft natural light to fill the space _For complete control, the windows are equipped with blackout curtains, offering the option to fully block out the light when needed -The natural light is at its peak from morning until noon, thanks to the east-facing orientation, but remains usable throughout the day

The studio offers a quiet and peaceful environment, free from disturbances. Despite being located off East Colonial, traffic noise is minimal, and you won't hear neighbors at all. The AC unit is discreetly positioned in the back—while it may be noticeable if you're standing next to it, it remains inaudible throughout the studio space, ensuring an uninterrupted shooting experience.

The studio's entrance is conveniently located right off the street, making unloading quick and hassle-free when parking is available out front. With a street-level entrance and no ramp required, accessing the space is smooth and efficient for all your gear.

House Rules Photo Studio Rules 1. Studio Access: • The studio will be open for use only during the booked hours. Early entry or overstaying will result in additional fees. • Arrive on time; setup and breakdown must be within your rental period. • If additional time is required, it must be requested and confirmed before your booking starts. 3. Studio Usage: • No smoking, vaping, or alcohol consumption is allowed inside the studio. • Only the booked number of attendees may enter the studio. Notify in advance if you plan to bring additional crew or models. • All props and furniture should be handled with care. Any damages will result in repair or replacement fees. 4. Equipment & Property: • All equipment and backdrops must be used responsibly. You are liable for any damage or loss during your rental period. • Please return the studio to its original condition. Trash should be disposed of in provided bins. 5. Noise Levels: • Please keep noise at a reasonable level. We expect professionalism and respect toward neighboring spaces. Loud music or disruptive behavior may lead to termination of your session. 6. Cleanliness: • Leave the space clean and tidy. A cleaning fee will be charged if the studio is not left in its original condition. • Do not leave personal belongings behind; the studio is not responsible for any lost items. 8. Prohibited Activities: • No illegal activities, pyrotechnics, glitter, paint, or hazardous materials are allowed in the studio. • Pets are only allowed with prior approval. 10. Compliance: • Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional fees or termination of your studio agreement without refund.
