About the Space
Built in the 1950s, this updated home offers a wide variety of camera angles with its open floor plan and plenty of natural lighting, which can be blocked out if necessary. Our garage is fully redone and offers additional filming/photo opportunities as well as a large staging area. We are right across the street from Milliken High School which offers ample parking for production. Our quiet tree-lined street provides the perfect neighborhood vibe which could be anywhere in the USA. There are dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, drug stores, and grocery stores nearby, for any last-minute craft service or production needs. Our house has been used in the past for local businesses as well as a few commercials for Southern California Edison.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
