Located in the heart of Madrid in a beautiful historic building, this versatile 72m² space offers a unique blend of rustic charm and modern functionality, perfect for hosting intimate gatherings, creative workshops, corporate offsites, and wellness activities. The venue has very tall ceilings, mouldings, a rustic kitchen and two large windows, creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. With flexible layout options, the space comfortably accommodates up to 45 people standing, 26 seated at tables, 35 in chairs arranged in rows, or 20 yoga mats for wellness classes. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a large TV for presentations (75”), two extendable tables, 26 folding chairs with cushions, a spacious sofa for 8 people, and two guest toilets. Whether you’re planning a small-scale product launch, a wine tasting, a yoga retreat, or a creative workshop, this venue is designed to make your guests feel comfortable and cared for, offering an intimate setting with thoughtful details. Unique features include its beautiful castizo décor and layout flexibility, perfect for filming, photo shoots, or hosting exclusive press events. The venue is not suitable for large parties or conferences but shines in delivering high-quality, personalized experiences.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
