This unique space comes with a private full kitchen and bathroom, dressing area. It is best suited for smaller events needing an intimate setting. The studio includes a large cork yoga mat flooring, aerial silks, extra yoga mats, blocks and full length mirrors . It feels like a calm and quiet refuge in the urban jungle. But also, perfectly located near the Brooklyn Bridge Park, historic Dumbo, iconic postcard views of Manhattan and the Old fulton Ferry Landing. Guests can arrive by train, car or ferryboat!

This space is delivered professionally cleaned. There's an air conditioner and two hepa filters for the cleanest air quality. Cleaning instructions will be provided as they vary case by case. For special events, a cleaning fee will apply after your event.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
