Respect the Space: Please treat the studio space and all equipment with care. Any damage caused during your rental period will be your responsibility and must be reported immediately. Cleanliness: Clean up your workspace before leaving. This includes putting away all materials, cleaning any surfaces used, and disposing of trash in the appropriate bins. A cleaning fee may apply if the space is left in poor condition. Noise Levels: Be mindful of noise, as other members and artists may be working in the building. Keep noise to a reasonable level, especially in common areas. No Smoking or Open Flames: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. Additionally, open flames, including candles or any form of pyrotechnics, are not allowed for safety reasons. Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is only allowed if pre-approved by Atelier Next Door for specific events or gatherings. Consumption must be responsible and must not interfere with the work of others in the space. Visitor Policy: You may invite a limited number of visitors during your rental. Please ensure they follow all house rules and respect the studio environment. You are responsible for their behavior and any damages caused. Use of Equipment and Materials: Any equipment or tools provided by Atelier Next Door must be used according to their intended purpose. Please return them to their proper place after use. Event Restrictions: If your rental is for an event, please be aware that the space has restrictions on occupancy and setup. All events must be pre-approved and scheduled in advance. No Overnight Stays: The studio space cannot be used for residential purposes, and overnight stays are not permitted unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Safety and Conduct: The studio has a strict no-tolerance policy for harassment, bullying, or any form of violence. Discriminatory language or actions will not be tolerated. Any violations of this rule may result in immediate termination of your rental without a refund. Access and Lockup: Ensure the space is locked when you leave. Return the key to the lockbox and ensure it is secured. If you are the last person to leave, make sure all doors are locked, and lights are turned off. Compliance with Laws: You must comply with all local regulations and laws while using the space. Any illegal activity will result in the immediate termination of your rental and may be reported to authorities.
