Industrial space that is exposed with RAW Concrete floors and 2 walls full of windows for superb natural light. Golden hour is gorgeous when the sky is clear and not cloudy. We recommend reserving the space from 5 pm to 6 pm to experience the golden hour in this space. This studio space provides a unique look of natural light at every hour of the day for a different look every time. Every visit will be different each time and a wonderful experience for your photography or your client's look. An open space with high ceilings, light furnishing for props, and basic studio equipment. We are nicely located in the East Downtown (EaDo) centered heart of the inner loop highly convenient across anywhere in Houston.

The studio space is cleaned and sanitized everyday. It is disinfected with a sanitization that will last up to 24 hours.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
