Our office is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors. High-traffic areas such as workstations, waiting areas, and restrooms are disinfected daily. We also ensure that makeup stations and tools are sanitized between each client to maintain the highest hygiene standards. Hand sanitizers are available throughout the office for your convenience, and we kindly ask everyone to help us maintain cleanliness by disposing of trash properly and keeping personal spaces tidy.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
