Our comprehensive cleaning process includes the following steps: Regular Disinfection: All high-touch surfaces, including doorknobs, light switches, and equipment, are thoroughly disinfected before and after each booking using EPA-approved cleaning products. Studio Equipment: All studio equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting gear, is sanitized after every use to ensure a safe environment for all guests. We take great care in maintaining our gear to provide you with the best quality. Floor and Surface Cleaning: Floors are vacuumed and mopped regularly, and all surfaces are wiped down to eliminate dust and debris. This is done before each booking to ensure a pristine space for your projects. Restroom Sanitation: Our restrooms are cleaned and stocked with essential supplies between bookings. We ensure that they meet high hygiene standards for your comfort. Air Quality: We maintain good air quality in the studio by regularly checking and replacing air filters and ensuring proper ventilation. We want you to feel comfortable and safe while creating your content. COVID-19 Precautions: In light of ongoing health concerns, we adhere to any recommended COVID-19 guidelines, including social distancing practices and mask requirements, if applicable. Post-Session Cleaning: After your session, our team conducts a final cleaning of the studio to prepare for the next guests. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
