We have a contemporary multi-level modern loft that has been fully renovated. We offer a new central air system with many other amenities. The loft is 100 years old and has been incredibly preserved in its original design. Original wood flooring and brick walls make this the ideal location. This is a true gem of original Pasadena architecture. We also offer limited rooftop access. Parking is available for up to 11 spaces. Additional parking is available from our neighbor's large 5,000 sq ft lot. Power is available as well as a small kitchen. The area offers many food options. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
