This space is set up for you the artist to create. Video, Podcast, Photography, and short-form video. Need a place to gather content, photos, or audio. 800 sq ft of open area. Exposed Brick, neutral furniture, and a backdrop area. The building is all white walls for a wonderful reflective, natural light atmosphere but plenty of room for your lighting. Windows bring in beautiful morning and afternoon sun. Backdrop can be set up for you and a client as well. Space is flexible with multiple seating arrangements and extra chairs for kids and adults.

Space is cleaned thoroughly between clients. And deep cleaned once a week for maximum cleanliness.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
