About the Space
Welcome to my art studio! There is 1,500sqft of space. Sink in studio along with kitchenette. Freight elevator in building. Shared bathroom down the hall. I do not provide back drops or lighting equipment, but there is a ton of natural light. If you want to hide the art that is on the walls you may pull the curtains across it. The curtains are long and white. There is a kitchenette you can use with a sink, microwave, and coffee machine and kettle. Professional cleaner once a week. As well as keeping the bookings spaced out enough so there is sufficient time to keep it clean.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
