About the Space
Recently remodeled recording studio with two studios and a lounge. Studio A is the main studio located on the ground floor and has a SSL 9080K, vocal booth, drum booth, and tons of outboard gear. It is connected to the lounge which has a white Schumann Baby Grand piano, two old-school arcade systems (Pac-Man and NBA Jam), and a large TV as well as a small kitchen, sink, and fridge. Studio B is located in the basement and has a SSL Duality.

There is a long ramp in the back for wheelchair access and loading/unloading.

General Rules
No smoking inside the building. No food or drink inside either Studio A or B.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have 24/7 surveillance inside and outside of the studio. The actual recording studios do not have any cameras in them as it is mostly the exterior and inside hallways that have cameras.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

We always maintain a clean work environment and have it professionally cleaned weekly.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
