We ensure all surfaces are sanitized, and high-touch areas are thoroughly disinfected. Post-Event Clean-Up: After each event, our team handles the clean-up so you can focus on enjoying your day. We clear tables, chairs, and linens, and ensure that the space is restored to its pristine condition. Eco-Friendly Products: We use eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning supplies to ensure a safe environment for all guests, especially for those who may have sensitivities or allergies. Outdoor Areas: Our outdoor areas, including spaces near our Highland cows, are also cleaned and prepared to give your guests the best possible experience. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
