Bright, airy industrial space available for rent in Oakland's historic Waterfront Warehouse District—perfect for fashion, product, lifestyle, or branding photoshoots. The 1,475 sq. ft. space features 12 ft ceilings, exposed brick, steel beams, and polished concrete floors for a rustic vibe. Note: photo equipment is not included. Space has shelving of products on one side, but it won’t interfere with your shoot. Parking is available on the street.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
