ALL GUEST MUST: GARBAGE & CLEAN UP - All we ask is the facility to be given a broom sweep, wipe up of any fallen liquids, garbage be properly bagged and put into the Town Center trash compartment in the back of the building, and ALL guest’s/vendor’s decoration and equipment be removed. TOIRE AVENUE takes no responsibility for personal effects and possessions left on premises during or after rental date. The facility must be left in good condition, as it was received. We will take care of the rest. OUR CLEANING PROCESS 1. Entrance Area - Sweep and mop floors. - Wipe down doors and handles. - Clean windows and glass surfaces. 2. Lobby/Reception - Dust all surfaces, including furniture and decor. - Vacuum carpets or sweep/mop hard floors. - Clean and sanitize seating areas. 3. Restrooms - Clean and disinfect toilets and sinks. - Restock toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. - Wipe down mirrors and counters. - Sweep and mop floors. 4. Main Space and Lounge Room - Remove trash and replace liners. - Sweep and mop floors or vacuum carpets. - Wipe down tables and chairs. - Dust surfaces and equipment. - Clean any visible stains or marks. 5. Prep Kitchen - Wipe down countertops and surfaces. - Clean appliances (microwave, fridge, etc.). - Sweep and mop floors. - Empty trash and recycle bins. 6. Outdoor Areas (where applicable) - Sweep walkways and patios. - Clean outdoor furniture. - Pick up any litter or debris.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
