Cleaning Process: The space is professionally cleaned by a reputable cleaning company after each booking. This ensures that the space is clean and sanitized for the next guests. The cleaning process includes the following steps: Sweeping and mopping the floors Dusting all surfaces Cleaning and disinfecting all bathrooms and toilets Emptying trash and recycling bins Restock supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels Vacuuming carpets and rugs Cleaning windows and blinds In addition to the professional cleaning, we also encourage guests to help keep the space clean during their stay. This includes wiping down surfaces, disposing of trash properly, and returning equipment to its proper place. We are committed to providing a clean and comfortable space for all of our guests. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
