About the Space
Large 1100 sq ft lower unit of duplex. Nice open space great for small gatherings such as baby showers, dinner gatherings, celebrations, etc.
The dining room has a large Acacia wood dining table big enough for 8. The living room has a nice leather sofa that is enough for 4 and we have folding chairs available for 10
The unit has a bathroom and a kitchen that guests can use as well as a bedroom.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
