Located just one minute from the 101 and moments from the 405, it offers unmatched convenience for your team. With an open-concept layout on a spacious 14,300 sq. ft. lot, this home is highly versatile, ready to adapt to the needs of your production crew or event planners. The true highlight is the massive backyard, a show-stopping feature perfect for large-scale events or shoots, with a maximum capacity of 250 guests. Enjoy amenities like a heated pool, custom bar, chef’s kitchen, and beautifully landscaped front and backyards, making this property as functional as it is stunning. Film shoots must get prior approval to film in front of home. FOR PRODUCTIONS: - Ground level access for easy load in/out - Open floor plan and high ceilings provides room for camera movement, lighting setups, and staging. - Furniture can be rearranged or removed - Tons of Natural Light but can be blocked with Black-out curtains - Private glam room and HMU area. - Two restrooms - Trucks/trailors/van can park on property as an ADD ON - Adjustable cleaning costs depending on crew size and areas needed FOR EVENTS: (Event pricing is customized to each event depending on group sizes and areas/hours needed. GRILL/ FIRE PIT Natural Gas firepit is available to enhance your shoot. Grill is available for your catering needs. Both as ADD-ONS PARKING You can park 4 vehicles in the home’s gated driveway. There is free parking for 10 cars surrounding the home. There is also multiple parking garages close by for your crew to shuttle crew from. NOTES: For all bookings, you will need insurance, which we can easily assist with if needed. A Site rep will be on location for all bookings. Security cameras throughout the property. Outdoor Maintenance: The backyard, patio, and lawn areas are regularly cleaned and groomed, with trash removed and outdoor furniture wiped down after every event. Daily Inspections: Between bookings, we perform daily inspections to address any issues promptly and keep the space in top condition. Regular Deep Cleaning: In addition to routine cleaning, we schedule regular deep cleanings for carpets, furniture, and hard-to-reach areas to maintain a fresh and hygienic environment at all times. This level of care ensures the house is always ready to host your event in a clean, inviting atmosphere.

Cancellation Policy

Very Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
