Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

To maintain a high health and safety standard, we follow a thorough cleaning process before and after each event. Before events, our team cleans and sanitizes all high-touch surfaces, including door handles, light switches, and countertops. The hardwood floors are swept and mopped with disinfectant, and bathrooms are thoroughly sanitized, paying particular attention to toilets, sinks, and faucets. After each event, we wipe down all surfaces, tables, chairs, and even the grass wall—with EPA-approved disinfectants, ensuring a clean and safe environment. Trash is properly disposed of, and the space is ventilated before and after events to improve air circulation. Weeco-friendly cleaning products are available whenever possible, keeping guests and staff safe. Additionally, the space undergoes regular deep cleaning to maintain long-term hygiene. Our staff is trained in proper hygiene protocols, always wearing masks and gloves while cleaning and using fresh supplies for each event.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
