About the Space
The Hollow is a quaint “general store“ venue space that can be whatever you want it to be! Walk down the steps into the not-so-distant past. The doors open into a short entryway that leads to a large, square, rustic space that is your blank canvas. The floor is concrete, the ceiling is metal, and the walls have wooden, acoustic panels. A unique wooden garage door with windows lines the back wall, providing natural light. A wood-burning stove is nestled in the corner. Folding tables and 75 chairs are available and can be arranged as desired. The front porch offers a patio area and a relaxing swing.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Steve, the host, was incredibly responsive and very helpful! He actually helped with several things to set up for my daughter’s birthday party, including hanging the balloon arch and warming up queso 😄He’s very kind and welcoming. I definitely plan on using his space for future events!
