Welcome to our Event Rental Showroom and Dinner Party Studio with Chef's Kitchen and Tableware Rentals, home to our boutique event rental company specializing in eclectic and curated dinnerware. Our full collection is housed here and available for rental, providing everything you need to create a one-of-a-kind experience for your guests. The studio is an ideal setting for celebrations, intimate dinner parties, chef-led dinners, and private events. It features a fully equipped chef's kitchen with a 5-burner induction stove, double ovens, a French-door refrigerator, a large stainless steel work island, and a three-compartment sink with a built-in strainer. Our dining area comfortably seats 24 guests, with the option to extend to 36 for larger gatherings. Conveniently located in Jasper House, the space offers private double-door access for easy loading. The building's courtyard is home to Farmer Jawn's urban garden and shop, as well as Win Win Coffee's roastery. We're within a short walk of some of Philadelphia's favorite local spots, including Martha, Philadelphia Brewing, Picnic, OG Pizza, Rowhome Coffee, Forin Cafe, Post Haste, and more. Our studio is meticulously cleaned on a regular basis, as we frequently host guests in the showroom and use the space for the upkeep and maintenance of our products.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
