Large 2900 sq ft dance studio space available for rent for photography, videography, classes, gatherings, and events. Lobby includes a victorian couch which can be used as a photo prop. Studio includes two rooms, one with poles installed which can be removed for an additional fee. The second room is an open floor plan. Lobby and bathroom are available for use, staff room can be used for storage.

All surfaces are sanitized and disinfected daily and between bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
