Material Library Studio Flooded in Natural Light with Glass Brick Windows

The space can be utilized by interior designers, architects, spatial designers, artists and furniture designers. You can use the space for it's original intended use where designers can interact with clients or team members on projects. The studio is also ideal for set designers working with models or filming interviews, discussion panels, Q&A sessions or educational lectures, as well as material or furniture announcements. The entire space is around 500 sq ft and is roughly a perfect square. The ceilings are 15 ft tall, with two glass brick windows the size of the wall that extend almost from floor to ceiling, facing southwest. The room is filled with natural light for the majority of the day. The studio itself was custom-designed and installed to hold various materials, finishes, and items, primarily catered to interior designers or architects, but it can be easily adapted for other items to be displayed. The studio is equipped with an AC unit, a ROCCO fridge stocked with beverages, and outlets on two walls opposite the windows. During the colder months, the space can be heated by radiators. Lastly, the studio is on the ground floor, ADA accessible and in close proximity to the main lobby, rear freight entrance and three bathrooms.
