The space is semi-private, meaning that others may need access to the restroom or other meeting rooms inside.

Health and Safety Measures
Renters are responsible for cleaning the space prior to exit. Large amounts of food trash or recycling should not be left onsite. All boxes must be broken down. Cleaning supplies are available onsite. A $50 cleaning/damage deposit/on-time fee is included with the rental but will be refunded if guests are out on time, the space is cleaned, and left in good condition. If furniture is moved it needs to be returned to its location.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
