This warehouse is great for all occasions! We have a full-size cyc wall. This location is private and if you are looking for privacy this is it !!! You can smoke at this location! If so please let us know. We have a main open area with a 15ft high ceiling. A lobby for guest, and a mid-size outdoor area with a river view. In this spot, you can make a lot of noise! Great for photoshoots, video production, podcasting, a place to practice a talent, and a wide open area to do other things that may fit your needs. Highly recommeded to bring your own equipment we currently don’t offer equipment at this time - We do have 2 C stand available to use at the time of booking - Director chairs - Chairs - Black stool - 2 extensions cord - Tables - Hollywood Makeup Vanity Desk All free of use when you book
