Spaces can be booked together or separately. We can also accommodate booking just a room/section of the space depending on your needs. Recently renovated, our space features sun-facing floor-to-ceiling windows facing 3 directions, and unfettered skyline views of Manhattan (including the Empire State Building). We’ve hosted networking events/mixers, speaker panels, intimate concerts, gallery shows, conferences, brand pop-ups, meetings, photoshoots, dinners, happy hours and so much more! Our on-site event staff will set up the space according to your specified needs. The space has flexible configurations to accommodate various activities, and we have on-site tables, chairs, conference rooms, phone booths, music stands, a projector, a screen, and flexible seating. All furniture in the pictures is included, although we'd be happy to add/remove things. Our space is also equipped with two ADA compliant elevators, multiple all gender restrooms, a lobby area, and a commercial kitchen. Just steps away from the 14th St/Union Square Subway (N, Q, R, W, 4, 5, 6, L) and <5 mins from the 23rd St (R, Q, F, M, PATH trains). All the other spaces will be shared. Bookings more than 25 people automatically book the entire space privately. Price difference is reflected. If you are less than 25 people and want entire space, indicate you are 26 people on booking inquiry. **NOTE** This space has a 6,000 square foot penthouse and a 3,000 square foot private rooftop. Spaces can be booked together or separately. You can also inquire about booking just a room/section of the space depending on your needs. We typically do custom rates depending on the scope of event.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We have a team of professional cleaners that arrive in between bookings and make sure the space is fully disinfected and reset for future bookings. We also have an inspection team before each booking that makes sure our space meets quality and sanitation standards.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
