One-of-a-kind professional artist workspace and condo you must see to believe. Incredible, one-off works of art accompany the open floor plan and large natural light windows. Originally a light manufacturing building converted into office spaces, the open workspace area is the artist's office and creative area. This has not been staged. Hundreds of paintings and vintage antiques adorn the area, as it is his daily workspace. The bottom floor has a 2 car post lift and a staircase leads up to the main floor and up to the rooftop, which gives a great view of the City of Pasadena & San Gabriel Mountains.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
