Welcome to Weaverville Hotel's newly painted and restored event space, a beautifully preserved 975+ square feet venue located within a historic building that exudes character and warmth. Featuring timeless old wood floors and an exquisite historic fireplace from La Grange Mansion, this venue is perfect for hosting gatherings, meetings, or celebrations for up to forty guests. The space is thoughtfully arranged with tables and chairs set up to accommodate your event needs, with an emphasis on creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Please note that while set-up of chairs is required, we offer an optional chair set-up service for your convenience, allowing you to focus on your event. For your catering needs, you'll have access to a well-equipped kitchen that includes a full-sized refrigerator, oven, sink, and dishwasher. Please keep in mind that while cooking is not permitted in the kitchen, it is perfect for keeping food warm and serving drinks. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Everything was as described. It was clean and pre warmed up for us. We had a wonderful pre Thanksgiving dinner with our extended family who live in this area. There we just too many of us to stay at one of their homes. Everything in the kitchen worked well too. We are from Central California and stayed at the hotel.

This is a lovely space and has access to all the amenities needed for a plethora of gatherings. This space is very versatile; my event was a young child's birthday party and it worked amazingly, but I could also see this space easily used for work meetings/conferences, and even more fancy engagement/bridal events or baby showers. It can easily be dressed up or dressed down. Having a kitchen and chairs/tables on site made event set-up straightforward. This amenity is a great contribution to down-town Weaverville and I look forward to attending social events here in the future.
