2. No Drugs
Policy: The use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property.
Enforcement: Cameras will monitor the event. If drug use or possession is observed in the footage, penalties will be applied, and law enforcement may be notified.
Penalty: A $500 penalty will be assessed for any violations, and the event may be terminated immediately.
3. No Smoking
Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises, including indoor areas and immediate outdoor surroundings.
Enforcement: Cameras will monitor the premises for smoking activity. If smoking is observed in the footage, cleaning fees will be applied post-event.
Penalty: A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged to cover deodorizing and cleaning costs.
4. No Pets
Policy: Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of certified service animals. Permit/Certificate will be required prior to entering the venue for authorization.
Enforcement: Cameras will monitor the premises for unauthorized pets. Violations observed in the footage will result in cleaning fees applied post-event.
Penalty: A cleaning fee of $100 will be applied for violations.
5. Food and Beverage
Policy: External catering is permitted under the following conditions:
Professional Caterers: Allowed if the caterer provides proof of liability insurance and adheres to health and safety regulations.
Commercially Prepared Food: Pre-packaged or commercially prepared food from establishments like Publix or chain restaurants is permitted, provided it does not require on-site cooking or kitchen use.
Enforcement: Cameras will monitor caterers to ensure compliance. Violations, such as unauthorized on-site cooking or alcohol, will be reviewed in footage and penalties applied post-event.
Penalty: A $300 fee will be charged for violations, including unauthorized on-site cooking or unapproved caterers.
6. No Glitter or Confetti or similar
Policy: The use of glitter, confetti, rice, or similar materials is strictly prohibited within the venue.
Enforcement: Cameras will document any use of glitter, confetti, rice or other prohibited materials during the event. Cleaning fees will be charged based on footage review post-event.
Penalty: A cleaning fee of $300 will be applied for violations due to the extensive cleaning effort required.
7. Setup and Breakdown Time
Policy: Guests are allocated 50% of their total booked time for setup and breakdown. For example, if the event is booked from 12 PM to 4 PM, the guest has 2 hours total to split between setup (e.g., 1 hour) and breakdown (e.g., 1 hour). The event itself must occur within the other 50% of the booked time.
Enforcement: Cameras will track the use of setup and cleanup time to confirm adherence to the policy. Footage will be reviewed post-event to ensure compliance.
Penalty: A $200 per hour fee will be charged for overtime use, plus an additional $150 cleaning fee if the space is not restored to its original state.
8. Noise and Music Limits
Policy: Music and considerate noise levels are accepted, but other amplified sounds, must not exceed local ordinances or disturb neighboring properties. All events must conclude by the venue’s designated quiet hours.
Enforcement: Noise sensors will monitor decibel levels during the event. Violations will be recorded automatically, and penalties assessed based on recorded data.
Penalty: A $150 fee will be charged for noise complaints or exceeding quiet hours, and the event may be terminated without refund if severe.
9. Maximum Occupancy for All
Policy: The number of attendees must not exceed the venue’s stated capacity of 90 occupants.
Enforcement: Cameras will monitor attendance to ensure compliance with capacity limits. Violations will be reviewed post-event.
Penalty: A $200 fee will be applied for exceeding capacity limits, and the event may be shut down by local authorities if necessary.
10. Decoration Instructions
Policy: Decorations must not damage the venue (e.g., no nails, staples, or tape that leaves residue). Open flames, such as candles, are prohibited unless pre-approved.
Enforcement: Cameras will monitor decorations during the event, and staff will inspect before and after the event. Violations observed on footage or during inspection will result in penalties.
Penalty: A $200 fee will be charged for damages caused by unapproved decorations or for violating this policy.
11. Damage and Repair
Policy: Guests are liable for any damages to the venue caused during the event, including damages from decorations, equipment, or attendee actions.
Enforcement: Cameras will document any incidents during the event, and a post-event inspection will confirm damages.
Penalty: Repair costs will be invoiced to the client, with a minimum fee of $200 for minor damages.
12. Setup and Breakdown of Chairs and Tables
Policy: Chairs and tables are available for guest use. Guests are responsible for setting up these items in their preferred layout and ensuring everything is returned to its original arrangement by the end of their allocated setup and breakdown time.
Enforcement: Cameras will monitor the setup and breakdown process to confirm compliance. Any discrepancies will be noted post-event during the inspection.
Penalty: A $150 fee will be charged if the space, including chairs and tables, is not restored to its original state.
