- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Everything was perfect! Beautiful venue with amazing lighting, plenty of space, all the necessary furniture, and the furniture was beautiful. Adam is so friendly, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. 10/10 would definitely recommend! Also, very reasonable pricing.

GREAT HOST!!! Will definitely use Adam again. Place was exactly as pictured, clean and bright! Had all the necessary equipment to play music and video. Can’t wait to book again👍🏽👍🏽👌🏽🥳🥳

Adam is a great host. I hosted a baby shower their at the last minute do to my previous venue not being able to accommodate my much needed time adjustment. I contacted Adam and he responded right away. The space was as advertised. It gave that old Milwaukee rustic vibe it was amazing. It was a bar next door that allowed the grown folks to get a drink if they wanted to.!! From start to end Adam was very helpful and wonderful in assisting me and checking on how things were going. I would recommend this space for all small events. He was very accommodating. Thanks Adam for allowing me and my guest to be your first clients. My family enjoyed themselves and the parents to be had a great time👍
