About House on the Hill
This home is located in Crawford Canyon, an unincorporated neighborhood in North Tustin. The neighborhood has no sidewalks or streetlights. Sightings of coyotes, rabbits and snakes are common. The yard wraps around the entire house and there are views in the backyard, back deck and front yard. Natural light fills the entire home. The home sits at the very top of the hill, there is no traffic noise at any point during the day or night. Please note that the interior access of the home is an additional hourly rate. Access to one restroom is a different separate hourly rate. You will need to select the "add-on" when booking if you decide you'd like a restroom or access to the interior of the home.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities. High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected and soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed. A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings. Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
