About the Space
This is the perfect location if you are looking to shoot in someone’s home. It is located on the third floor, so there’s no elevator but this space also includes a loft as well. The entire condo gets exceptional, natural light. There’s a loft with a bedroom and a bathroom attached upstairs and then on the main floor, you have two bedrooms and one bathroom plus a kitchen, living room, and a small den. There’s also a deck on the back. I am also within walking distance of a shopping center with a variety of parking as well as many major highways. You have a lot of free parking too.

Parking description
There is free parking in the parking lot with no assigned spaces. However, the closest spaces are currently blocked off because there is major construction going on in the building next-door, but I’ve had a production here before and there was no problems with parking and they even were able to double park a box truck.

Equipment will need to be loaded and uploaded up and down three flights of exterior stairs and there’s one interior set of stairs if using upstairs loft in bedroom
Usually productions use the loft as the staging area as well as wardrobe & glam area

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

We ask that everyone wear booties and or socks inside there are no shoes allowed inside. And no smoking is allowed unless discussed in advance. There are also no pets allowed.

Between each booking, a licensed cleaning company comes to clean the condo
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
