Whether you’re planning a surprise party, brunch with friends, book club, dinner party, small business team event or even a unique date night, we’ve got an amazing space for you! About our Space: The outside yard is beautifully designed for multiple use. We created different zones in the space that'll enhance your event. As you enter, you'll notice a well-kept tropical vibes yard. Starting from the deck area with a fire pit, lounge sofa, string lights, BBQ grill and 75" TV , our listing includes a covered patio with fireplace , a table that can be used or removed to stage the patio any way you like depending on your event. The next space is designed to be playful and relaxing with a wet covered bar tv Bluetooth sound system ., The next area has a jacuzzi built into the upper deck for relaxing .This backyard can be utilized for any commercial shoot, photoshoot, small gathering/party, offsite meeting, etc. There are plenty of photo opportunities in our space for you and your guests to remember by. Amenities included: - Private entrance for you and your guests - outdoor restroom - Outlets throughout the yard - Seating up to 30 guests - trashcan - Ambient lighting/market lights RGB LED lights with DJ light for night time dancing - Event checklist included with your Welcome letter The Location: - Close to fwy access - Grocery stores - Great restaurants

Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

I recently hosted a Friendsgiving at this beautiful space, and it was a great experience. Monique was incredibly responsive, always quick to answer any questions and provide assistance. The space was even more perfect in person, exceeding all our expectations. The warm and inviting ambiance made it the perfect setting for our gathering, all of guests had an amazing evening.
