Welcome! We are a shared art studio and event space with 2000ft² of indoor space and 2000ft² of rooftop. Fun fact: our space was previously occupied by Andy Warhol's screen printer! We have hosted parties, pop-ups, dinners, workshops, readings, conferences, fashion shows, jam sessions, and more. With so much space, we can accommodate events large and small. Here are some ideas that would work well: - Gather your team for a holiday party, seminar, or retreat - Bring in local makers and vendors for a pop-up market - Launch your latest product, book, or album with your target audience - Hold a private screening of your film with a post-viewing Q&A session - Invite friends and family for a private rooftop dinner party - Teach a workshop, seminar, or course for your community

All surfaces are professionally cleaned and disinfected between bookings. Our crew also maintains the space before and during events.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
