The Black Void Studio is housed in a dusty old warehouse, and we prioritize cleanliness to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all our guests. We thoroughly wipe down all surfaces between bookings to maintain a high standard of hygiene, especially given the dusty nature of the space. Additionally, a professional cleaning crew comes in every two weeks to deep clean the bathrooms, ensuring they are fresh and well-maintained. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities, and we appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space tidy during your visit.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
