About the Space
We are a ground level, 4000 sq ft very open area facility. Our space can best be utilized for workshops, fitness events, photo shoots, and also baby/bridal showers. We have easy access (ground level, double doors) and multiple bathrooms. We have a small Bluetooth sound system, as well as TV/internet access. We are located across the street from a convenience store, as well as other food options for quick access.

There is on-street metered parking surrounding the facility. There are also multiple paid parking lots in a very nearby vicinity.
General Rules
No smoking in the facility.
Outside food/drink are allowed.
No alcoholic beverages allowed after 8pm.
Cleaning fee will be applied if host does not leave facility in manner they found the facility.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There are video-only recording devices inside the business recording everywhere but the bathroom area which will be on and active.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Our space is generally cleaned daily and deep cleaned (turf area and mats) twice weekly. We pride ourselves on cleanliness.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
