Detailed Sanitization: After every booking, we thoroughly sanitize all surfaces, including countertops, tables, door handles, and other high-touch areas. We use disinfectants to ensure the apartment is a clean and safe environment for every guest. Dusting & Vacuuming: We dust all surfaces, including shelves and decorative items, and vacuum floors and rugs. This helps keep the apartment looking fresh and free from dust buildup. Bathroom & Kitchen Care: Both the bathroom and kitchen are thoroughly cleaned, with special attention given to sinks, counters, and floors. We stock fresh hand soap, paper towels, and other essentials. Trash Removal: All trash and recycling are removed, and bins are cleaned and relined. We make sure no remnants of previous bookings are left behind. Air Circulation: To ensure a fresh-smelling space, we air out the apartment after each cleaning and add light air fresheners as needed to maintain a pleasant atmosphere
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
