Parking description
Our coworking space offers convenient parking with up to 60 spots available directly on-site. Additionally, for added flexibility, we have access to an overflow lot just across the street, providing even more parking options for our members and guests.
General Rules
- No smoking in the building
- Outside catering is allowed
- Keep noise levels to a minimum
- Clean up after use
- Do not rearrange furniture without approval
- Ensure activities occur during designated hours
- Reservations must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance

Security cameras and recording devices
Our space is equipped with security cameras both inside and outside the building to ensure a safe environment. These cameras are strategically placed in common areas, entrances, and parking lots, and they remain on at all times for monitoring and security purposes.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our cleaning staff ensures a pristine environment by thoroughly cleaning the space after each meeting. This includes sanitizing surfaces, vacuuming, and restocking supplies to maintain a fresh and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. We take pride in providing a clean, comfortable setting for your events, allowing you to focus on what matters most.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
