Designed by Denver-based Scout Interiors, the 3,300 square foot space features floor to ceiling glass garage door, tasting bar, lounge seating, and barrelhouse roof – plus a 2,500 square foot dog-friendly outdoor patio – with an assortment of seating arrangements for a variety of group sizes and events. Located in an open plan, barrelhouse roof building, Birch Road Denver features design elements that make it cozy and bright, with accent colors of soft pink and bright green. Guests are welcomed by a brand-new, nature-inspired mural from Colorado-based artist, Clair’s Sacred Spaces. The floorplan is completely flexible. There are 3 spaces available for private rentals: The Red Room is a private dining room for up to 10 people. Perfect for a staff meeting (A/V services are available) or a dinner with friends. Bring in takeout from your favorite restaurant and a few bottles of wine, all the plates, glassware, ice, napkins, etc are all included in your rental and the best part... you don't have to do any dishes! Consider this an extension of your home. Ideal for up to 12 people. The Lounge is a flexible open plan space that has an array of tables and cozy sofa seating areas. The room can be configured classroom style for a presentation or opened up for more of a mix & mingle style event. Ideal for events of 20 - 60 people. We've hosted everything from client appreciation events to wedding celebrations in the space. Staff can be provided for larger groups, such as a bartender or host. The Clubhouse venue buyout offers total flexibility for larger events. Planning an intimate wedding with friends? The patio makes a beautiful backdrop for a ceremony, followed by a fun and social reception inside the Clubhouse. Also great for a progressive company off-site meeting or charity fundraisers. Ideal for groups of 70 - 150. This is a 21+ venue. Events with more than 40 people require a dedicated bartender (we can provide someone or you can) Pricing does vary based on the size of your event and which space you prefer. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
