Alcohol: Alcohol is allowed but must be consumed on the ground floor only. (This is not the place for rowdy parties; please do not book our space for that purpose.)
Hours: Evenings (after 6pm) and weekends available (ending by 11 PM for respectful neighbour relations - later times considered on a case by case basis). Sound must be kept to reasonable levels for our residential neighbourhood.
No smoking indoors.
Please don't use the fireplace without prior permission and instructions.
