•No smoking inside the building. •No alcohol. •No Guns or live weapons of any kind, (prop guns are okay if first shown to our site rep) •No flammables or fire hazards (smoke bombs, candles, etc.) Failing to comply is an instant non-negotiable $250 fee You may move furniture but please move it back when finished. Please note that certain props and furniture may be subject to change due to maintenance or damage. If you require a specific item, we recommend confirming its availability or scheduling a location scout in advance. Number of attendees should include crew, parents/guardian, agents, publicists, etc. There will be an additional charge if you have more attendees than originally booked for • The property must be left in the condition you originally entered it in. Any damages incurred will be passed on to production. • Your booking time is when you will be given access inside. Do not arrive or pull into our lot any sooner than 15min before your booking time. If you booking starts at 10:00am — do no arrive ANY EARLIER than 9:45am — our site rep arrives at the time of your booking. Do not arrive earlier than your time expecting to start setting up and shoot. If you need more time, book more time
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
