BOOKING TIME: You may arrive in the parking lot 15 minutes before your booking start time; however, you must contact the host upon arrival to enter into the building. Your booking time includes: Setting up, Breaking down and Cleaning Up. Failure to leave BEFORE your booking end time will result in additional fees, so please keep track of the time. We will not extend your booking if you are late. We schedule a 30 min buffer between bookings to ensure our space gets cleaned before the next booking. LATE FEE: If you are more than 15 minutes late, without communication or notice, you will be issued a $30 penalty fee. TIME EXTENSIONS: You may pay to extend your booking depending on our studio's schedule. Please inform us about possible overtime ASAP so we can determine if your booking can be extended. MUSIC FROM ANY SPEAKER CANNOT BE PLAYED: You may play music on your phone, laptop or the Bluetooth speaker located in the showroom. No speakers- large or small. Violators will be fined and quickly asked to exit the premises. STUDIO LIGHTS: YOU MUST ensure that ALL lights have been turned off before you leave and properly close the front door behind you as you exit the premises. If any of these conditions are unmet, you will be charged a $50 penalty fee. FEES FOR EXTRA GUESTS: If more guests arrive during your booking than the number of attendees we originally approved, you will be charged a $10 fee per additional person, per hour. NO SMOKING OR FIRE: No open fire, smoking, or illegal drugs are allowed anywhere in our studio or building. NO NUDITY/NO ADULT CONTENT NO CONFETTI OR GLITTER IN THE STUDIO
