Health and Safety Measures

Daily Cleaning Procedures 1. **General Cleaning:** - Dust all surfaces, including tables, shelves, and equipment. - Sweep and mop the floors using a suitable floor cleaner. - Clean any windows and mirrors to ensure clear visibility. 2. **Equipment Cleaning:** - Wipe down cameras, lenses, and other equipment with microfiber cloths. - Use disinfectant wipes or sprays on frequently touched areas of equipment (e.g., grips, buttons). 3. **Props and Backgrounds:** - Clean and disinfect props after each use. - Store backgrounds in a clean and dry area; inspect for stains or damage and clean as necessary. 4. **Restroom Cleaning:** - Clean and disinfect all surfaces in restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and door handles. - Replenish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed. 5. **Trash Disposal:** - Empty all trash bins and replace liners. - Dispose of waste properly, especially any items that may be contaminated.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
