The open, clean warehouse layout offers plenty of room to bring people together, while the modern lounge adds warmth with cozy seating and a convenient kitchenette—making hosting easy and seamless. A sleek conference room connects to the main space through a modern garage door. Open it up to create a larger, flowing layout or close it off for private meetings, breakout sessions, or quieter conversations. The entire venue features consistent, beautiful lighting and a premium Bose sound system—details that make a noticeable difference when hosting a great event. The space also includes a golf simulator, available as an optional add-on for your event. If you’d prefer the simulator removed, this can be requested for an additional fee. Please note: office space is not included with standard Event rentals, and if office access is added, the simulator must remain in place.
