    Our mission at The Black Owl Studio is to be a space where dreams take flight, a true content factory. Located in Portland’s Back Cove area, The Black Owl Studio is a state-of-the-art video and audio production facility. Our downstairs production studio features a 24-foot Cyc Wall, ideal for music videos, headshots, branded content, and more. Upstairs in the loft, known as The Nest, we focus on producing exceptional audio recordings and modern tracks to empower artists in the ever-evolving music industry. Designed with audio excellence in mind, The Nest features a unique seven-layer floor, engineered to deliver unparalleled low-end sound. Flexible, sound-deadening walls can be adjusted to form a custom vocal booth, perfectly adaptable to any band size or instrument. We’re more than just a studio—we’re a thriving creative community, combining resources, skill, and an intense passion for creation. Together, we are The Black Owl Studio, and our mission is to elevate your career or project to new heights

    We prioritize a clean, safe environment at The Black Owl Studio. Between each booking, we thoroughly sanitize high-touch surfaces, equipment, and common areas. Our team also deep-cleans the studio regularly, ensuring a pristine and welcoming space for every guest.

    Cancellation Policy

    Standard 90 day

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
