This space will work very well for a variety of activities including Fine Art Exhibitions, Photoshoots, Tabletop shoots, Interviews, Podcasts, Vlogs, Band practice, Martial Arts Demo, Yoga Retreat, Castings, Extras Holding, Production Catering, Production Offices, small meetings or gatherings, small performances or events. The space has 3 unique offices: one is an equipment room, one is a maker space/workshop, and the other is open for a production office. There are two bathrooms, a kitchenette, and washer/dryer hookups. The open studio space is lined with windows on the full south wall.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
