About the Space
This moody vintage conference room is the perfect space for collaboration. This room is central inside a mid-century modern coworking space off 18th and Kipling. The conference room includes a mounted TV with HDMI hookups and wifi included, as well as a large whiteboard, making the space ideal for presentations, brainstorming sessions, and collaboration. The conference table seats 6 adults comfortably.

We have an 8-vehicle parking lot on-site, a large parking lot across the street, and street parking.

-Kiln to be operated by authorized personnel only
-Any furniture that is moved, must be moved back
-Food, drinks, and coffee in the kitchen are for coworking members only

The building has security cameras inside and outside, but there are not cameras inside the meeting room.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
The building is professionally cleaned weekly, and the conference room is disinfected between bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
