Complete Surface Sanitization All surfaces, including tables, countertops, and high-touch areas (door handles, light switches) are cleaned and disinfected to ensure maximum hygiene. 2. Detailed Kitchen Cleaning The kitchen area is meticulously cleaned, with all countertops, appliances, and the Quooker tap sanitized. We make sure all kitchen items are cleaned, dried, and neatly organized for your convenience. 3. Bathroom Disinfection Our team thoroughly cleans and disinfects the bathroom, paying close attention to sinks, toilets, and mirrors. Fresh towels and basic toiletries are provided for each booking. 4. Vacuuming and Floor Care All floors are vacuumed, and hard floors are mopped with disinfectant cleaners. This includes our mezzanine level and balcony, ensuring a fresh and polished look. 5. Furniture & Upholstery Refresh Soft furnishings, such as sofas and cushions, are vacuumed and arranged neatly. We take care to remove any stains or marks to maintain a professional appearance. 6. Fresh Air and Final Touches Before your arrival, we air out the space to create a pleasant atmosphere. A final inspection ensures every detail is in place for a comfortable and clean experience.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
