About the Space
Consider using our beautiful and easily accessible space for your next meeting, party, or event.
Seagull Lounge is a waterfront space, with a bar area, open floorplan, and piano! Floor-to-ceiling windows & door open to outdoor deck. 25-30 guests seated ( tables & chairs not provided )and up to 50 mingling. The main front area of the space has a full wrap-around bar, handmade by a local artist /contractor. Large bar top that can be used as workspaces or buffet space. We have a nice bathroom for guests. Large windows and lots of light. The space is rather flexible with the ability to move tables around and configure it for your event. You may bring in your own food/alcohol (banquet permit required for alcohol). Or hire us to cater and bartend for you ( we are licensed )!
Please book the time you need for your event including the time it takes you to set up and break down your decor, supplies, etc.

Health and Safety Measures
We take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming space for all our guests. Our space is cleaned before and after every event by our dedicated cleaning team. This includes thorough cleaning of all common areas, the kitchen, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces such as deck.
High-touch surfaces, including door handles and countertops, are sanitized regularly to ensure a safe environment for all guests. Additionally, all trash is removed, and linens are laundered to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness.
If your event requires additional cleaning during your booking, or if you have specific cleaning requests, please feel free to let us know in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
